Batteries 101: Each gun takes a specific size battery. Mini - Stick - Large. These are the three basic sizes that will fit all AEGs. Make sure you match which battery will fit your gun. Our AEG Guns pages says which battery will fit each gun. 8.4v is the standard you need to power your gun. Anything more than 8.4v is only for advanced players. The mAh rating is the amount of battery juice it stores. The higher the number, the more BBs you can shoot per charge. All our batteries on this page are very high quality, handmade, expensive cells. We do *NOT* sell cheap batteries or anything less than perfect. Be cautious of other sellers that have noname brand batteries. They are often complete junk and won't have much power. Sanyo, Elite, Intellect are all awesome batteries.

Advanced Battery Choices (not for n00bs)

Batteries 102: Do not use 9.6v batteries in guns that shoot stock (or under 400 FPS or so). It will destroy your mechbox guts. Only use it on guns that cannot turn the motor over on 8.4v batteries, upgraded only. The advanced 8.4v batteries fit all standard guns with the same size battery: Mini, Large, Stick. The cells are not NiCad, so make sure your charger can handle them. Our fast Intel Charger is made to handle both NiCad and NiMH. The Elite 1500 Mini, Stick, and the 3600 large will fit all standard stock guns just fine. They're our most popular sellers. For the other battery sizes, please see the description, as they're for specific sized guns.
